Richmonde Hotel Iloilo

I’m a bit hesitant at first to book our stay for 9 days at Richmonde Hotel because of some negative reviews posted. However, we still believe that it’s the best place for us to stay as it is accessible to a lot of amenities. Well I can say, that they offered the best service for us during our stay. From assisting us with our luggages, cleaning the room and making sure we always have someone to help us- it made our stay as a family comfortable. Shoutout to Daniela who would always assists us whenever we dine for breakfast. Our daughter and infant found a friend in her. We’re definitely satisfied and we’ll continue to book with them in the future.

Very satisfactory lots of different dishes to enjoy.Also Staff on Hand to help you with your queries. Constant Supply of Coffee and Cold Drink Alternatives .Very Polite Staff in all Restaurant Areas.Always on Hand to help with Any Questions you had regarding Food Generally.

This was a curious stay as we went for a 2 night break and I ended up spending night 2 in hospital awaiting a hernia operation, having to extend our stay while I recuperated. The hotel staff were so helpful in organising take outs from breakfast for me in hospital and my wife said looked genuinely concerned. I was greeted like a war hero on my return. The buffet breakfast is superb, lots of choice (also for westerners which is not always the case here in the Philippines), the bedroom was huge and a nice pool area with a bar. All the staff were fabulous, helpful and friendly.. really helped in every way possible on my return. Great location near the mall/restaurants over the road.

The staff was courteous and always friendly. the early check-in was also a great experience. Unfortunately, the pool could not be used due to bad weather, which of course was not the hotel's fault. The daily cleaning was always quick and reliable. The breakfast was also good and there were various offers such as tocino or Spanish chorizo. The check out was very quick and the friendly lady said goodbye to us and thank you for stay here, i hope you come back. We will definitely come back and we recommend it to others. This is a very nice hotel which locals say competes with the Courtyard Marriot as the best in the city. It is conveniently located next to the well-stocked Festive Walk shopping mall. The innovative, excellent modern art museum just across from the mall, ILOMOCA is highly recommended. Richmonde staff are accomodating and the rooms are large - ours also had a nice view of the Megaworld developments in this new part of Iloilo. There are plenty of good restaurants nearby as well. It is a quiet and safe area. The hotel is also just a bit more expensive in some of its nearby competitors but clearly a star better.
